REFUND POLICY

Returns

At Alek.club, we strive to provide a seamless return experience through our Returns Portal. 

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After this period, we cannot offer a refund.

Eligibility Criteria

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original storage bag.
Exclusions: Cosmetics, hats and socks are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process

Damage: Items damaged due to improper care, washing errors, or general wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.

Initiate Return: Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and postcode to begin the process.

Approval: Once your return request is approved, you'll receive a return label.
Shipping: Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refunds

Processing: After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Timeline: Refunds are processed promptly upon approval; however, your card provider may take up to 10 working days to reflect the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order through our website.
