Return Window
You have Free 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds beyond this period.
Eligibility Criteria
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original storage bag.
Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, cosmetics, hats, and socks are non-returnable, unless they are faulty.
Return Process
Initiate Your Return: email us hello@alewk.club or login to your account if you've registered for one at your original purchase.
Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return label.
Shipping: Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at a YODEL or Royal Mail location.
Refunds
Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Timeline: Refunds are processed promptly after approval; however, your card provider may take up to 10 working days to reflect the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original product for a refund and place a new order through our website.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory.
We collect the full payment at checkout and securely store your payment method.
You can cancel a pre-order if it has not yet been fulfilled.
If the order has already been fulfilled, you cannot cancel, but you may request a full refund under our ReturnsPolicy.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@alewk.club within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return and, once the issue is confirmed, offer a refund or replacement.
