IN-HOUSE STOCK AND LOCAL SHIPPING

We take pride in managing our entire inventory in-house at our location in Brighton and Hove. This means every item you see on our website is physically stocked and ready to be shipped directly from us to you. By working closely with our suppliers, we ensure the highest quality and availability of products.

If an item is unavailable, it means we’ve sold out and are awaiting a new delivery. We are always working to restock popular items as quickly as possible.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-ordering allows you to reserve our most anticipated products before they officially arrive in stock. By placing a pre-order, you secure your item in advance, ensuring you don’t miss out on popular products. We provide an estimated delivery date in the product description, reflecting the worst-case scenario, so your item may even arrive sooner. Payment is typically taken upfront to confirm your order, but rest assured, we’re here to answer any questions. FAST AND RELIABLE DISPATCH

Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 1:00 PM are carefully packaged and shipped the same day.

Next-Day Shipping: Any orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed and shipped the following working day.

      DELIVERY METHOD

      We use YODEL as the carrier of choice for domestic deliveries, which ensures your items are delivered within 3-4 working days. This service provides full tracking, so you can keep an eye on your parcel every step of the way.

      TRACKING YOUR ORDER

      Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your delivery progress and know exactly when to expect your parcel.

      At ALEWK.CLUB, we’ve made returning an item quick and hassle-free with our easy-to-use Returns Portal.

      Simply visit our Returns Portal to initiate your return in just a few clicks. All returns are processed efficiently at our Brighton and Hove locations, ensuring a fast resolution and excellent service every time.

      CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFORMATION – DECEMBER 2024

      As the festive season approaches, we’d like to keep you informed about how delivery times may be affected this December.

      Orders placed by Monday, 16th December: These will arrive before Christmas, as usual.

      Orders placed from Tuesday, 17th December onwards: Due to increased demand and seasonal schedules, deliveries may take longer than the standard 3–4 working days. Orders placed after this date may not arrive until after Christmas.

      24th–27th December: There will be no deliveries during this period, and dispatch will resume from Saturday, 28th December.
