At alewk.club, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfying shopping experience while supporting sustainable and ethical brands. However, we understand that plans can sometimes change.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@alewk.club as soon as possible. We accept cancellation requests within 12 hours of order placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Please note that made-to-order or personalised items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. We recommend reaching out promptly if you have any concerns or changes.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an item that is currently out of stock or soon to be available, and not yet in our inventory. We collect the full payment at checkout and securely store your payment method.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a full refund. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
