Shipping policy

Delivery

Everything on the site is stocked by us in Brighton and Hove and sent from here.

Weekday orders placed before 1pm go out the same day. Orders after 1pm, or at the weekend, go out the next working day.

UK orders are sent with Yodel and usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Pre-orders

The product page shows an estimated delivery date for any pre-order item. Payment is taken when you order.

Packaging

We send orders in biodegradable post bags and reuse recycled packing materials where we can.

Christmas

Our last order dates for Christmas 2026 go up here in November.
