Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you'd like to return it, for any reason. Sale items are included. After you tell us, you have another 14 days to send the item back.

To start a return, email hello@alewk.club with your name and order number, or log in and go to Account, Orders, Return request. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging where possible.

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, to your original payment method. The refund includes the standard delivery cost you paid for that order.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including return postage. After 30 days we'll offer a repair or replacement first.

What we can't take back

Food, drink and plants. Personalised items. Toiletries, cosmetics and other hygiene products that came sealed, once the seal is broken.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
