When should I order eco friendly gifts for Christmas?
Weekday orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day, and later orders go out the next working day. UK delivery is tracked and usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Royal Mail and the couriers publish their Christmas last posting dates in the autumn, and we add ours to the shipping policy once they are confirmed. Several gifts on this page have only a handful left, so the popular ones may sell out before December.
Are sustainable gifts more expensive?
Not on this page. Gifts start at £6 for a 99 piece mini jigsaw, and the books, candles, socks and logbooks all cost between £9 and £11. The grow your own plant kits are £15 to £16. Some of these also replace something that would be thrown away: a candle jar you refill instead of binning, and a logbook that does the job of a Christmas card.
Can I return a Christmas gift?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and you pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or wrong. Sale items can be returned too.
